Automation, Integrations & AI
Connect the tools you already pay for and let them run themselves. Workflow automation, API integrations, and AI assistants and chatbots that absorb the repetitive work currently eating your team’s week.
The work worth automating
The best automation candidates are boring and specific: copying a lead from one system into another, chasing a status update, producing the same report every Monday, re-typing an invoice that already exists as a PDF. Individually trivial, collectively a role’s worth of hours.
We start by finding where information gets re-entered by a human. That is almost always where the time is going, and it is usually the cheapest thing to fix.
Integrations that remove the middle step
Most businesses run six to a dozen tools that do not talk to each other, with a person as the integration layer. Connecting them through their APIs removes that person from the middle — not to reduce headcount, but so their day is spent on work that needs judgement.
This is often more valuable than new software. The tools are usually fine; the gaps between them are the problem.
AI where it earns its place
AI assistants and chatbots are genuinely useful for a specific shape of problem: handling high-volume repetitive questions, drafting from a template, triaging and routing incoming requests, extracting structure from unstructured documents.
They are a poor fit for anything where a confidently wrong answer is expensive. We will tell you which category your use case falls into before building, because an AI feature that produces plausible nonsense costs more trust than the hours it saves.
Questions
Automation,, specifically
What can realistically be automated?
Anything rule-based and repetitive: moving data between systems, scheduled reports, notifications, document processing, routing incoming requests. If a person follows the same steps each time with little judgement involved, it is usually a candidate.
Will automation replace my staff?
In our engagements it removes the parts of a role nobody wanted — the re-typing and the chasing. The judgement work stays with people. If your goal is specifically headcount reduction, we are probably not the right fit.
Is an AI chatbot right for my business?
It depends on the cost of being wrong. For high-volume repetitive questions with a known answer set, they work well. For advice where a confident mistake is expensive, they are the wrong tool and we will tell you so before building one.
