BI & Business Analysis

The data you already hold, turned into decisions you can act on. Live dashboards, forecasting and analysis — a first working dashboard is typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

Dashboards live in 5–7 business days

Most businesses are not short of data

The numbers usually already exist — spread across a CRM, a payment processor, a spreadsheet somebody maintains, and an analytics tool nobody opens. What is missing is one place that answers the questions leadership actually asks, updated without anyone assembling it by hand.

We start from those questions rather than from the data. Which decisions are being made on instinct because the number is too much effort to find? Those become the dashboard. Everything else is noise dressed as thoroughness.

Dashboards people actually open

A dashboard nobody looks at is a report with extra steps. The ones that get used answer a question somebody already had, load fast enough to check in passing, and are trusted — which means the definitions behind each number are documented and stable.

We keep them deliberately small. Six numbers that drive decisions beat sixty that describe the business.

Analysis beyond the dashboard

Some questions are one-off rather than ongoing: whether a market is worth entering, where margin is actually leaking, what next year looks like under three different assumptions. Those are analysis engagements rather than dashboards, and they end in a decision and a recommendation rather than a live view.

Questions

BI, specifically

How quickly can you deliver a dashboard?

A first live dashboard is typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days, assuming the underlying data is already being captured and we can access it. Consolidating messy or scattered sources adds time and we will flag that during scoping.

Which tools do you build in?

We choose based on where your data already lives and who needs to read the result. Sometimes that is an established BI platform; sometimes a custom dashboard inside a tool your team already uses every day is far more likely to actually get opened.

Can you work with our existing data if it is messy?

Usually yes — messy is normal. What matters is whether the data is being captured at all. If it is scattered and inconsistent, cleaning and consolidating it becomes part of the engagement rather than a blocker.
